Idera Dashboard -- User not able to see data

I created a user in Idera dashboard and granted it with "DashboardGuest" on IderaDashboard. 

The user is able to login dashboard from his machine, but no data is shown up in user's view. User can see all widget in the view, but all widgets show "No data available".

I can see everything via my admin account, all widgets are working fine.

Is there any other permission I need to give to the user?
